Our Approach

Our therapists utilize all the acronyms you've seen a million times on these websites in therapy (CPT, DBT, CBT, ACT), but we don't want to throw acronyms at you but explain that we love to use therapy as a tool to manage emotions healthily, process trauma, focus on issues in your life, making being neurodivergent work for you instead of against you, reduce "people pleasing" behaviors, set and achieve goals, battle and cope with addiction, and LGBTQIA+ based stressors (don't worry, you won't have to educate your therapist on your sexuality or gender here!). Our therapists range in specialties and have a broad scope to meet the needs of many clients as licensed clinicians in SC and NC.

Finding a therapist, going to therapy, and just being perceieved by another human being sometimes can be scary, we get it. We want to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible for sessions. Sessions are through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform or depending on availability walk and talk sessions (SC only). Please let us know if you need additional accommodation as we strive to be mindful of all needs. We are here to support you and act as a guide through whatever you are going through so we want to be as accommodating and flexible as possible as we work together.
